How long do the snorkeling tours last?
Our snorkeling tours typically last between 3 and 3.5 hours, depending on the experience selected. This includes navigation time and several snorkeling stops on the lagoon.
Is all the necessary equipment provided?
Snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, and life jackets) is provided. All equipment is cleaned and ready to use.
We recommend bringing your own water and reef-safe sunscreen.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer to join?
Not at all. While basic comfort in the water is recommended, we welcome beginners. Our guides provide flotation devices and hands-on assistance throughout the tour to ensure everyone feels safe.
What are the age requirements for participants?
Our tours are open to all guests. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will notify you at least 2 hours prior to offer a full refund or reschedule your tour for the next available slot.
